Each country has its own customs rules and policies. Please contact local customs for more information. If, in rare cases, import duties or taxes are charged, the customer is responsible for paying them.

We currently have two deliveries option – :

• Standard delivery – where all shipping will be assigned to our shipping provider. Shipping cost will depend on the delivery address and the total weight of purchased items.
• Self-Collection – this is only applied to purchases within Sabah. Please collect your purchased items within 3 working days at our office. An extra fee will be imposed if you exceed the self-collection period. Make sure you bring along your invoice as proof of your purchase.

Orders are processed and delivered between Monday – Friday. (Excluding public holidays). 

The delivery time for orders ranges from 1 to 7 working days from the order confirmation, however, it may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order.

Delivery options may vary depending on the destination.

For orders outside Malaysia, the standard shipping time will be between 7 to 14 days.

Deliveries are made on business days only so they may take a little longer than usual on local holidays. Similarly, deliveries may take longer during promotional periods.

Transport times may vary due to unexpected incidents affecting the courier or difficulties in delivering the merchandise.

To avoid confusion and delayed delivery of your order, we recommend making any changes to your details before purchasing your products.

Once orders have been shipped, shipping details cannot be changed.

We will pack your purchases in cardboard boxes and/or water-resistant envelopes to keep your official Sabah FC items in the best condition during shipping.

For domestic shipping, there is no weight limit for shipping.

For oversea shipping, the weight limit is 30KG.
